How Do We Get
There?
A regular bus service operates to
and from either
your choice of Maroochy or Brisbane
Airports and delivers you right to our door. If
required, we can arrange this transfer for you.
Can We Hire A Car In Maroochydore?
There are several hire-car companies
located within a couple of minutes walk of The Burlington. Most
companies will deliver the hire car to our door.

Is There A Convenience Store Nearby?
Just down the end of the street in Cotton
Tree Village we have a little local shopping centre which has
a mini supermarket, chemist, newsagency, bottle shop, post
office, hardware, butcher, greengrocer as well as fashion shops. For
the serious shopper, Maroochydore's
Sunshine Plaza, the major shopping centre
of the Sunshine Coast is approximately a ten minute walk
away or a short ride on the local bus.
Where Can I Get A Meal?
We are surrounded by numerous international
cuisine restaurants (Indian, Thai, Mexican, Italian,
Japanese) and popular fast food outlets, as well as Maroochydore
Surf Club, Maroochydore RSL and the Maroochydore
Beach Bowls Club at Cotton Tree.
What Do I Need To Bring?
Our apartments are fully self-contained
with all you need for an enjoyable holiday. All
Linen and towels are supplied, just bring your own
beach towel or hire one of ours.

Is There Secure Parking?
Our underground secure car park is
only accessable by guests staying at The Burlington.
Do You Have Cable TV?
We do have cable
TV, including three free movie channels 24 hours a day. We
also provide a local information channel.
