Location
There are several hire-car companies located within a couple of minutes walk of The Burlington. Most companies will deliver the hire car to our door.

Just down the end of the street in Cotton Tree Village we have a little local shopping centre which has a mini supermarket, chemist, newsagency, bottle shop, post office, hardware, butcher, greengrocer as well as fashion shops. For the serious shopper, Maroochydore’s Sunshine Plaza, the major shopping centre of the Sunshine Coast is approximately a ten minute walk away or a short ride on the local bus.
We are surrounded by numerous international cuisine restaurants (Indian, Thai, Mexican, Italian, Japanese) and popular fast food outlets, as well as Maroochydore Surf Club, Maroochydore RSL and the Maroochydore Beach Bowls Club at Cotton Tree.
Our apartments are fully self-contained with all you need for an enjoyable holiday. All Linen and towels are supplied, just bring your own beach towel or hire one of ours.
Apartments
A regular bus service operates to and from either your choice of Maroochy or Brisbane Airports and delivers you right to our door. If required, we can arrange this transfer for you.
Our underground secure car park is only accessible by guests staying at The Burlington.
